Facility Rental
የአዳራሽ ኪራይ
Our community center offers space for events with fully furnished kitchen including a microwave, a stove and a dishwasher, tables and chairs, broad room, projector, sound system and a hall that can accommodate up to 150 persons.
For members of the association, the hall rental price starts at a base price of $300. There are add-ons to the base price such as $100 for kitchen use, $50 for microphone and sound system, and finally $50 for projector. There is $20/hour for board room use. For non-members, the hall rental starts at a base price of $500. The price of add-ons are the same.
To rent our halls, renters must agree to our renting agreement terms and conditions and sign the form presented during the negotiation. They must pay a fully-refundable damage deposit which the amount can be negotiated. Alternatively, they must provide details of their credit card information.
አዲሱ የካልጋሪ የኢትዮጵያ ማህበረሰብ ማህበር አዳራሽ፣ ለመሰብሰብያና ለተለያዪ ዘግጅቶች መገልገያ እንዲሆን ታቅዶ የተሰራ ሲሆን፣ ለስብስበሳ አስከ 150 ሰዉ፣ ጠረንጴዛ ለሚጠቀሙ የተለያዩ ዝግጅቶች ደግሞ እስከ 100 ሰዉ ድረስ ያስተናግዳል። አዳራሹ ሞደርን ኪችንን ጨምሮ፣ ማይክና ጥራት ያለዉ ሳዉንድ ሲስተም (ስፒከር)፣ እንዲሁም፣ ለቪዲዮ ማሳያ የሚሆን አዲስ ፕሮጀክተር አለዉ። ከዚህ ሌላ፣ ማህበሩ፣ ለትንንሽ ስብሰባዎች የሚሆን፣ 8 ሰዉ የሚችል ቦርድ ሩምም አለዉ።
የአዳራሹ ኪራይ፣ የማህበሩ አባል ለሆነ፣ 300 ዶላር፣ አባል ላልሆነ፣ 500 ሲሆን፣ ከዚህ ሌላ ለኪችን፣ 100 ዶላር፣ ለማይክሮፎን እና ለድምጽ ሲስተም፣ 50 ዶላር፣ አንዲሁም ለፕሮጀክተር 50 ዶላር ይከፈላል። ቦርድ ሩሙን ለመጠቀም የሚፈልግ፣ የማህበሩ አባል ከሆን በሰዓት 10 ዶላር፣ አባል ካልሆነ 20 ዶላር ለማህበሩ ይከፍላል።
አዳራሹን ለመከራየት፣ ተከራዮች፣ ተዘጋጅቶ የቀረብውን የኪራይ ስምምነትና ውል መፈረም አለባቸው። ሙሉ በሙሉ ተመላሽ ሊደረግ የሚችል፣ ለጉዳት ክፍያ አገልግሎት ሊዉል የሚችል፣ ተቀማጭ ገንዘብ መክፈል አለባቸው። አንደየአስፈላጊነቱ፣ የክሬዲት ካርድ መረጃ ዝርዝሮች ማቅረብም ሊጠበቅባቸዉ ይችላል።
